Iva spent her entire career as an attorney-at-law, resisting to become what is the classical paradigm of the profession.

Running her own practice since 2010, Iva has been working hand-in-hand with ambitious and innovative entrepreneurs, developing close relationships through an “in-house” approach. She believes the needs and goals of the client must be complemented with in-depth industry, market, and organizational knowledge. For Iva, such a full-service approach and strategic legal counsel are the keys to avoiding disputes and enabling corporate clients to operate in legal clarity.

Becoming a partner at Mišković & Mišković, enabled the further enhancement of valuable experiences and relationships increasing the level of guidance, advice, and crafting complete strategic legal frameworks for clients.  

Iva has a strong background in IT, Retail, Consumer Products, E-commerce, Real-estate, Manufacturing, and Healthcare industries. She provides wholesome legal counseling in areas such as Corporate and Commercial Law, Data Protection and Compliance issues, Public procurement, Labor law, Real estate, and Dispute Resolution.

Though she’s a huge fan of Legal Tech, Iva is positive no AI will ever fully substitute a human factor when it comes to the legal profession. However, she strives to build a better world with technology, in which lawyers are perceived not only as problem-solvers but as enablers and co-creators.
