Maja joined our team in 2020, previously gaining experience in the most reputable, top-tier law firms in Croatia.

Having experience advising domestic and international clients in various fields of law, Maja is able to adequately tackle legal issues from multiple perspectives, providing a practical and unambiguous legal opinion as a result of her analytical approach. Maja advises clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial, real estate, and labor law matters, and, as well, represents the clients before civil, commercial, and administrative courts. Additionally, she also has experience supporting clients in the field of competition law in a form of structured legal advice.

Next to being day-to-day legal support to the Law Firm’s clients, Maja is also regularly involved in transaction projects related to capital markets such as preparation of the prospectuses, due diligence exercises, including all activities related to non-performing loans of credit institutions, real estate and equity purchases.

Maja does not differentiate between small and large assignments and she dedicates herself wholeheartedly to each and every client's assignment as if it was of utmost strategic importance. She is of the opinion that every task is a new opportunity to expand both client’s and her perspective on problem-solving methods.
