Mislav began his distinguished career in 2003 at ZB Invest Ltd, where he participated in the establishment and development of the investment fund market in the company ZB Invest Ltd, implementing the activities of the national project on the alignment of investment funds with the European Union Regulation and, as a member of the working group,  participated in drafting the 2005 Law on Investment Funds.

At Zagrebačka Banka, starting in 2005, he focused on supporting private and investment banking by providing advice in the field of securities law and capital markets, client financing, and representing the bank in legal matters.

In 2007, Mislav moved to Privredna Banka for the next 15 years, working in investment banking and treasury, participating in major transactions on the Croatian capital market.

Before joining Mišković & Mišković in 2024, he held executive roles, managing legal teams and significant litigation portfolios, creating legal strategies, cooperating with corporate and regulatory bodies, conducting corporate actions, and intra-group projects related to the development and implementation of business activities and new initiatives.

However, his journey always pointed him toward the private legal sector, and as a person who has seen it all in banking, now at Mišković & Mišković, Mislav advises on capital markets, regulatory obligations, and banking and finance issues. His professional yet approachable nature, along with a true eagerness to share his knowledge, empowers the entire team and uplifts every project we work on.
