Well, one of our team members experienced that exact situation recently! And no, our first impulse was NOT to sue the hairdresser but to understand what could possibly lead to that unfortunate event.

The conclusion was – the hairdressers' minds were somewhere else, dragging the attention from something that should have been routine work.
